FINAL : TEST OUR PROJECT
ALHAMDULILAH. Thanks giving projects we have completed. This week we are going to SUNGAI PUSU to test for our project. Do we want to try blades work? Our motor is running smoothly? and our energy is enough to light the lamp? We try to put our boat in the water and float policy and the fan works perfectly. batteries also show it in charge when the charging circuit led lights that light up. Lastly, the light bulb goes perfectly 12v.
OUPUT FROM THE CHARGING CIRCUIT
When we convert that energy,we make the output using 12v lights. We install these lights in front of the boat. This lamp lights up when the switch is on the press. The output of our batteries wiring to switch ON / OFF and continue to light. We install a switch because easy to user and do not waste the current because if we not install the switch, 12v bulb will stay on and not stop light. We are using the switch toggles. after installing the site continues to be our light switches. We use 12 v bulb stand. We install and wire the output to the switch and the lights finally.
CHARGING CIRCUIT
Output of the gear we connect to the charging circuit. Charging function of this circuit is to convert the kinetic power into electrical power. This circuit works from our input two outputs from solar power and movement of the fan blades. We also improve this circuit by adding the led works when the battery full charge It will work. from the input we save our energy to 12 volt batteries. from there we made a light output of 12 v .
INSTALLING THE GEAR AND MOTOR 12V
When complete fan mounted on the boat, we install fan gear from the boat to the middle. Here we use a timing belt for connecting the second two. We use the gear and timing belt is because it uses a sawtooth. Our timing belt tie in the middle of the boat using the L-shaped metal here we have a problem is the gear we're using sway when connected. This causes relaxation of the rubber timing belt tension. The second problem is the iron that we use to hold the gear is no fix available perforated iron. problem after we finished second bridge two metal that. Our gear is connected to the piece 12v motor. we connect the second gear to rotate the motor. Motor function is as a dynamo which, when output is current. It can produce12v current . Gear will be key to the speed of the boat. So gear selection is very important for this project.If the size of the larger gear so the faster cycles .

INSTALL THE FAN BLADE TO THE BOAT
Having made all preparations, we started to install the fan on a boat hull. We use the T pipe and install a bearing on the T's. Here, we have a problem when he is not fit for the bearing. We try to find new bearings to solve this problem but failed. We decided that we scrape iron available for iron release in. T that we stick T's on boat hulls to hold the rod. after that we tie to tighten the screw propeller we do. Here lies the gears and timing belts. We put it all before we nailed on the boat hull

FAN BLADE OF THE BOAT
This week, we started making blades. We take measurements in order to place the perspex in polystyrene. We also cut perspex and size similar to polystyrene. Our work is very complicated because of the unbreakable perspex wear any cut saws. we measure it in terms of diameter polystyrene to be divided into 8 blade. we stick blade with hot glue.
